Ok I want to level my Ford Ranger its a 2wd 2011. Dont even start okay i am and will always be a Toyota man. Help me out, what are my options? Its a IFS but not the traditional coilover set up, the shock is separate from the coil springs.

do i use a spindle lift kit?

or do i do UCA and springs?

help!
