2010 fog lights install

2010 tundra came without fog lights,bought fog lights from K2 motors with all wire n switch.
i installed lights to the prewire from Toyota,relay and switch and have power to the switch from the green wire under kick plate and read about a light blue wire in top right side plug to tap into but no fog lights go on even when the truck lights are on. don't know if i'm missing something..
