    Front suspension:
    Front strut:
It's pretty straight forward, jack up Sequoia, remove lug nuts/tires, I removed fornt sway bar, remove bolt holding brake line to uca, upper strut top mount nuts, and lower shock eye bolt. Loosen uca nuts to allow suspension more droop. Pop out stock strut/spring.
Install front coilover and reattach brake line to uca tab.

    UCA:
Remove castle nut pin and loosen castle nut, but don't remove.
Get your BFH aka hammer, give the spindle a couple good hits and the joint will separate. Tie the spindle up using a bungee cord or rope to prevent potential brake line damage. Remove castle nut.
Loosen and remove long uca bolt, I you do not need to remove the battery, just loosen 10mm bolt that holds wiring harness on driver side, passenger side I didn't loosen anything. Slide bolt out while keeping washers close to uca.

MCM UCA's use poly bushings, so lube them up and install bushings into the arms, install zerks, and install uca with upper bolt. Once upper bolt is in, realign spindle and joint and tighten spindle to uca uniball.

My ADS coilovers have resi's and they use a bracket that bolts under swaybar mount. Then each reservoir is worm gear clamped to the bracket easy peasy.

    Rear Suspension:
Dobinson 2.5" springs and ADS 8" travel 2.5" remote resi shocks

*Disclaimer: I am not a certified mechanic*

Tools that make your life easier:
    -1/2" impact and Breaker Bar
    -Big pry bar
-Long handle box end wrenches that go up to 24mm

    Install:
Take your shitbox to a shop and let somebody else install your springs.

I live more dangerously. Based on mixed opinions of spring compressors, do as you will at your own risk. I used the pictured spring compressor with my half inch impact and I'm still here to write this post sooo:cheers:

Jack up rear of sequoia, loosen rear lca nuts/bolts, loosen and remove upper and lower shock bolts. Pop shock out. You may be able push the control arm down enough to pop stock springs out without compressing the spring. I was able to do this on the passenger side, but I had to compress the driver side a little.

The spring has to be oriented a certain way to sit in the lower spring cup, do your best to align the spring compressor to allow the compressor to clear based on the angle the spring needs to sit in the cup. Compress the F out of the 2.5" springs with the 1/2" impact. Place spring insulator on the top of the spring, now the wrestling match begins. Wedge the spring in, use pry bar on lca to get a little more wiggle room, and use Jack on lower control arm to help get the spring in place.

Install shock, ADS remote reservoir bracket is just drilled into the frame as far back as you can, this will leave a hump in the hose, ADS supplies a hose bracket.

I will add a few more pics to this soon.

    Optional Bastardization:
This will allow for further down travel, this is also very dangerous. Hindsight 20:20 I do not recommend doing this yourself unless you have a lift and proper safety gear. See next post for trimming of LCA bracket.

    Trimming Rear LCA Bracket:

    Why trim the bracket?
The only thing preventing more down travel is that the axle binds again the lca bracket. Trimming the lca bracket will allow about 1 1/4" more down travel by removing the bind.

    Risks of trimming the bracket:
    Severe injury to one's self
    Damaging cv boots

Let me set the stage with my sequoia was on jack stands, I was laying underneath the rig, in turn I was also laying underneath a 4.5" cut off wheel spinning at 12k rpms. The passenger side has a little more room and went fine. The driver side is more cramped and you start by cutting into the thicker side. This caused the wheel to bind up while cutting through the driver side and kicked the whole tool sideways luckily in doing so my thumb happened to hit the kill switch. If this were not a solid wheel, I'm 99.9% positive I'd have taken shrapnel.

I got a new wheel, completed the job, again, this is a high risk cut and shouldn't be attempted by most. I will add pics of the competed cuts shortly

Do you have more info on the front bumper? Love how it looks... did you do anything to sensors (like smart driving/parking)?

    Front Bumper and Winch:

    Addicted Offroad 2007-2013 tundra bumper
    Hayden 1011 power steering cooler
    Smittybilt X20 12k Winch

I don't believe Scotty currently makes a version of the bumper with cut outs for the sonar system, this would be upon you to take that on. My rig is a sr5 so it didn't have any sensors to deal with.

    Further Butchering:
    Remove front bumper cover/fog lights
    Remove metal crash bar
Remove entire headlight washer system, have a bucket ready to catch washer fluid
Remove stock power steering cooler tubing/coil, again have a drip pan and large plastic bowl ready.

    Cutting and trimming:
Cut off inner crash bar stud on both sides, cut lower end pieces of upper fender (see underside photos below)
Trim the metal strip that runs vertically in front of radiator to clear winch, this piece is just support point for the washer system that no longer exists.
Trim plastic shrouds that funnel air into the radiator area.

Once you have everything trimmed, cut, removed etc, we'll start with the power steering cooler.

I bought the hayden 1011 cooler for about $30, I bought rubber insulated clamps, some 3/8 brass T's and 6 feet of 3/8 hose that can withstand oil.
Once you've maneuvered the stock PS cooler out and the fluid has drained, you can connect your brass fittings and hoses then route them through the front end gaps. I drilled a few holes to use for the clamps to mount the new PS cooler. I needed some extra washers to build a spacer to elevate the cooler and I also used a chunk of left over hose and split it to put over a sharp edge where the hoses pass through. You'll need just under 1 qt of PS fluid to refill.

Next with the bumper I mounted the mounting plate, this took some massaging of the holes to cleanly get the bolts through. Nothing major as that's part of custom fabbed parts if they don't have the vehicle on hand, 1/16" can make a differ here and there. Once the front mounting plate is attached via 6 bolts to the front frame and 4 bolts to the bottom of the frame, you can now mount the bumper to the mounting plate, this is straight forward.

With the bumper on, time to mount the winch. I excitedly got everything bolted down, just to realize the winch control box sits about 1.25" too high and the grill hits the box. There is enough space on the side of the winch opening to mount the control box. Again I had to make a template and drill out 4 holes in the bumper to attach the box as well as make some extended cables to run from the control box to the winch motor.

I need a better daylight photo head on of the front, especially now that it's aligned

that is great info... question (that you might not know the answer) the bumper fitment says 07-14 Tundra and you have 2010 Sequoia.... I have 2018 TRD Sport, I wonder how different is my front end from yours?

    Cab Mount Fender Chop

After the last experience cutting radiused framework, I opted to pay somebody to do this. The fabricator that did my work builds a lot of older toyotas and SAS a lot of rigs so I knew my rig was in good hands. Not much to explain here aside from a super clean CMC and I had him massage the pinch weld and trim the fender back to clearance the wheels and tires.

That one I don't know off hand, but if you pop your hood and start taking pics of the radiator area and down behind the bumper and send them to me, I should be able to compare them for any differences.

    2018+ Headlights:

Somebody was asking about wiring the 2018+ headlights, it's pretty straight forward so I will document it here.
    1. Disconnect your battery.
    2. Run red add a fuse tap through the bottom of the fuse box and feed it up to the top and pop out the original 10A fuse and plug the add a fuse in.
    3. There is a piece of flexible vinyl clipped to the radiator support on both driver and pass sides. Pop out the clips to let you maneuver wires for lighting through the top of the core support to passenger side head light.
    4. Take the grey wire and run it it up to the grommet that enters the cab.
    5. Find the cable with the looking washer, gently pull that toward the front of the vehicle until it stops.
    6. Tape the grey wire as far forward toward the cab as you can. Push that cable back in toward the cabin.
    7. Climb in the cab of the truck and drop the lower panel down with the two 10mm screws (one behind the kick panel one by center console).
    8. Reach up and find your wire and continue feeding it through the firewall.
    9. Unclip the plug as seen in the picture.
    10. I chose to open the lock gate and use a depinning tool to remove the factory grey wire and install the new harness grey wire. The other option is to directly tap the wire with the tap xrunnerdude67 includes.
