2007 Tundra brake issues after engine job

    2007 Tundra TRD 4.7L
    Just got 2007 Tundra 4.7L Had cab lifted for engine work (Failed timing belt) Runs well but brakes are hard and ABS seems to run and pulsate to stop vehicle. Code 1310 (active brake booster) shows up. Tried another booster, bled brakes numerous times, Checked engine grounds etc. Was told ABS module needs to be re-programmed. Anyone had this issue?
