2006 Tundra rear seat cable release

I bought a used 06 Tundra and i love it. Yesterday i woke up to a flat tire and when i went to get the jack i noticed the seat release cable on the passenger side was not there. Does anyone know a fix for this i looked all around but i can't even unbolt the seat without being able to tilt the seat up which i can't do without that cable.

 

So when you lift the lever on the seat the release doesn't engage?? Can you find where the release is and pull it with your hand, since the cable isn't doing the job?

 

The side handle to lean the seat forward works but the cable to pull the seat up is gone . I felt down behind the seat and there is no way to manually realease it. Also it looks like the bolts too remove the seat from the floor can only be got to with the seat tilted up and i can't do that without the cable release.

 

Did you figure it out? My ‘06 is doing the same thing.
