I hate to break it to you, but I don't think 15" wheels will clear the front brakes.

    Any reason you want 15's?

I've got 265/70/17 on my DC with a 3/2 lift that looks good.

275/70/16 is slightly bigger than stock. I went with 265/75/16, with is a bit narrower, but taller that the 275s. you can fit either no problem with that lift.

What lift did you get? I am looking to do this to my 05 DC. Do you remember where you ordered it from?

5100s, OME 2885 springs, SPC UCA, and Icon AAL.
All ordered from different places and fudged together. If I did it again I'd order a complete kit from @Toytec Lifts and call it done.

My 2004 DC was on stock suspension (actually was about 1/3rd of an inch lower due to being worn out), and was fitting 265/75/16s just fine. I didn't need a lift. That's 31.6x10.4r16.

You should be able to clear 265/75/16 tires with no rubbing with that lift. 285/75/16 on stock wheels may clear as well. May have some control arm rubbing I hear. Spacers on the wheels will help clear the control arm rubbing, but may create some inner fender rubbing. I have about 2" of lift (Bilstein 5100's) on the front of my 2000 AC with 265/75/16 Hankook Dynapro ATM's and aftermarket 16x8 wheels with 1.25" spacers. No rubbing after a little trimming of the mudflap to inner fender mounting area. Also, a 3" front lift is the extreme upper end of non full-on lifts. If your not replacing the spindle and adding a new lower cradle. Lots of threads in here I'm sure that address the issues related to that.

Love the look, are you planning to lift the rear as well?

Thank you. Maybe eventually. Deaver has a pack called G57's and it has a 1" lift, I might go that route.

I have this in my 2002 tundra and it works well. With your setup you’d probably get 1-1.5 inch of lift.
