Just a heads up...the rag company has 20% off the entire store until May 28th. Best place to buy anything microfiber in terms of quality and $$$.

Nice! Not just towels, but Beadmaker, Optimum Tire Protection and Coating, etc. Good time to stock up.

One of the few places far carries optimum tire coating. If you havent tried it, you should at least get a small bottle!!!! To me it makes all other tire shine obsolete at this point.

I love their double twistress drying towels. goof stuff.
I also got my daughter a few hair drying turbin things which work really well.

Yes in my opinion. It lasts for MONTHS. it's a coating so it doesnt rinse off at all. There is no sling. It dries to a hard shine that looks matte, satin, or gloss depending on how many coats you use. It looks wet but is completely dry. This pic is over a month of use, lots of driving in the rain.
Zero sling. Just need to get tires super clean before applying. Goes on blue and dries clear.
It's only good for tires. So far in my testing anyway. Not for plastic trim.

I went ahead and ordered the big bottle of the tire coating, and a couple of Lake Country pads.

@Pudge the other day on their podcast, they were debating which brand syrup was the best. You ought to work out a deal with them.

Im almost out of waxaddict....maybe I'll jump over to this coating.

What the difference between the coating and the gel?

It will only replace the waxaddict for tires, not all the otter plastic parts. But its amazing. The gel is a normal tire dressing while the coating is an actually hard protective coating.

Do you use the gel ontop of the coating? Or is the coating all you need?

Just the coating. I did 2 coats about 20 minutes apart from each other. No need to top it with anything unless you want extra gloss for a few days. This was after 2 coats and 2 weeks of driving. You can top it with a tire dressing if you want but the stuff is amazing on its own. The only thing I have noticed that removes it is scuffing the tires against something, like a curb lol

Yup. Only the rag company and autogeek that i know of. And autogeek only carries the big bottle.
Their optiseal is also an amazing product. Tiny little 4oz bottle goes a long way, they say wipe do 3 or 4 cars! I use it on my wheels, havent tried it on paint yet

I only pulled the wheels because I was rotating mine. Just clean them really well and they stuff will last for weeks and weeks. Its really impressive.

The beadmaker can be found for less during some sales. I think the lowest I have seen was $26.
For rims I am currently using optimum optiseal. It works well, is super slick and shiny and a little goes a long way, I just got a 2 oz bottle and I got a killer deal on it, I think $5. Its supposed to last a few months too.

I like to use hydro2 on wheels too, that's what I used before I got the optiseal. Its so easy to use too. If you want a true wheel coating I'd look into a carpro cquartz.
