2004 Toyota Tundra

Hi,
I have a Blue 2004 2WD Tundra and I have found a 4X4 White Tundra at a wrecking yard were I can get all the parts to convert to my truck to a 4X4 for around 2-2.5K. Has anyone ever done this conversion?
