A little of this and a little of that.
For the tonneau I'd go with the BAKFlip X2 Revolver. It's damn near water tight, rolls up out of the way when you want to haul something, lowest profile on the market. I have one and have never once regretted it.

As for the running boards I don't know as I have sliders, before the sliders I had the factory aluminum steps so not much help there.

Speaking of the grill on the Limited ... do you plan to keep it stock, or replace it with a TRD Pro grill? I have a Limited and originally liked the grill as well, but the more I looked at it and the chrome bulge, grill surround and front bumper ends, the more I wanted to color match them. I put the TRD Pro grill and color matched everything else on the front and that cost me basically $1K, where the Platinum already has the color matched front end. As others have said, the leather in the Platinum is also nicer, and that has to account for another $1-2K. I love my Limited, but if the Platinum is only $3K more than the Limited, I would jump on the Platinum in a second if the price tag isn't a big factor for you. The good part is you can't go wrong either way. Good luck on the decision.
