    Nittos weigh 51 lbs each ($196) 65k, BFG 54 ($192) 50k.

Money wise doesn’t matter. The BFG have a much better appearance. Mainly on road use.

Will the 3lb difference effect the mileage that much? I wish there was a dB value listed for each.

Depends. Some tires can weigh more and get better mpg than a slightly lighter tire thats designed differently (tread). If you are worried about mpg, then go with a smaller sized tire.

In your case, I’d get the tire that looks best to you and live with the mpg (good or bad). Our mpg is awful anyways.
