    So I'm getting a set of 6112/5160's and I'm really struggling to figure out what height I should set them at. My plan is to put a BOSS 4X4 shackle in the back to retain some rake for hauling purposes. I want to run 275/65/R20's, and I really don't want to have to replace UCA's or anything like that. Any input would be welcomed!

    Stock wheels? 1.9

    Wider wheels 2.5 imo

    I would go with a add-a-leaf instead of shackles for hauling. It will actually help with hauling and help with bed bounce.

    Sorry, forgot to mention that I'm sticking with the stock wheels just need new all terrains. @canadianguy do you have a recommendation on an AAL?

    @Scuba you're saying 275/65r20 fits stock with no lift/level?

    I did the toytec add a leaf. Rides way better in the back.

    Correct.
    Stock wheels nothing is needed.
    AM wheels I had to remove mud flaps.

    My truck came with 275/65’s. I only recently put Eibach leveling shocks on the front set at “2” average lift.”

    Ranch Hand Summit front and rear bumpers. Diamondback SE tonneau cover. Rigid DOT fogs. LED headlight/fog replacement bulbs. Matt Gecko hood, and bed LED's. Foot well led's, and interior LED buld replacement. (warm) Broke the front shock of the 3" spacer lift, so replaced with 6112/5160 and 1' block rear. KO 2's. Speaker replacement, added amp and (2) 10's under seat. Weathertech floor mats. Salex organizers. Ziebart undercoating. RCI front, transmission/diff, and gas tank skids received, waiting for spring install. Compustar remote starter. front/rear dash cam.
    I am happy with 1.9. I sacrificed height for ride comfort.

I set my 6112’s at top setting 2.5” and did 1/2” shims. Out back I’m running the 5100’s since I’m on road more and didn’t want to spend more. Also went with +3 Coachbuilder shackles and it leveled really nice. Front looks a touch high but it’s pretty dang close. Topped it off with some Michelin LTX ms 2. 275/65/20. I got real close to 3.25 inches of lift up front and almost 2” out back. Since I went top setting I decided to get some JBA upper control arms, but was told it wasn’t absolutely necessary. Love the way it rides! Not rough at all for being on top setting. The only thing I suggest is getting some front bumper spacers from Coachbuilder pushes the front bumper out 1” to help clear large tires, also had to trim the skid plate BBF059C9-0A18-4D17-B276-4C2CAD87AA88.jpg8772BBA3-5514-41D8-B22C-45FD73A393A5.jpg
