This is where it all started! traveling home from work (1000miles) a little more then halfway in the middle of no where WY.
A gust of wind (60-80mph) kicked my nose over on the icy highway. Causing a slow sideways slide into the opposite lane and off in the ditch/field... the hard packed snow only gave in a little and over it went. Wasn’t traveling very fast at all, also in 4wd.

I was fine with zero injuries.

After we got it back on the shoes, waited a few hours for the oil to settle. I was able to drive it the last 300miles home. Put some effort in dent removal, replaced the pass side glasss and mirror.

2 weeks later I drive it right back to work with no issues! Testament to the durability and reliability of a Toyota!
I took the insurance $ and put it down on a tundra! Also keeping the taco!

Tought I’d share! Could happen to anyone, and seatbelts are pretty useful!

Welcome! Glad your okay and glad the Taco is too. You just bought the best truck out there. I don’t think the wind is gonna blow you off the road now.

Funny thing is I’ll keep loading the miles on the taco.

    2000miles RT every 2-3 weeks

been eying tundras for a few years. But the Tacoma has always ran strong and never gave me a reason to make the change. Till now!
