I am new to the forum. I have a 2002 Tundra sr5 4.7. I am in need to replace the right rear axle. My tundra doesn’t have abs brakes. I am looking to buy a axle assembly with bearings ect already pressed. Every axle I have found is for abs brakes. Will an axle with the abs ring and collar fit the housing of non-abs brakes? Or if the collar and ring is removed would the axle fit correctly? Any information will be gladly appreciated as I need this repaired asap. Thanks.

With the collar being behind the tone ring, I'm not sure it would work. The collar is what seals the axle tube.

Take a look at the top of your axle housing. If it looks like this minus the hole on top I don't see why an abs axle wouldn't work.

Why are you replacing axle? Is it a bad bearing? If so just replace bearing and seal and also replace the vent nipple.
