As much as I hate taking my freshly detailed truck out into this first snowfall... I head out to work, perched high in my toasty cab, sipping my first cup of joe. I look around at the lines of bug-mobiles slipping and sliding. Smile and accept the inevitable and think to my self, Bring It On!!!!

We had our first hard freeze this morning, sunshine and a cobalt blue sky now.

We have a cold front coming through Florida. This morning was a bone chilling 57 degrees. Fortunately it will be back to typical winter temps of mid 70s next week.

Pretty mild so far...30's-40's with some frosty mornings. Cold front expected next week I am told. Just today got the winter coat out, sweatshirts no longer cutting it.

Another small one yesterday with numb city parking ban for 5 inches of snow!
Had to plow the sticky stuff for the first time. There is some beauty in winter though... appreciation for family and friends and being alive and experiencing all kinds of weather. And for my truck that will carry me back to family through 320 miles of this today

I hope we get snow that sticks around for more than 24 hours, I want a snow pack in Georgia.

Wow....It is going to be low 90s today here in VA. I don't think I could handle 6-7 months of cold, rain and snow.

Our winter has been fairly mild here in Ontario, couple good snowfalls, couple stretches of -10C daily highs.. they salt the roads like crazy but I hard rinse weekly and undercoat the truck. Definitely can’t wait for the spring/ summer. I have a 2010 Lexus IS350 that I store through the winter that I enjoy driving in the summer.
