I got the spindles and lca’s back. Next I need to switch out the boots on the cv’s this afternoon. Finish assembling the front Saturday and tackle the rear on Sunday. Alignment on Tuesday.

    So clean!!!!

When you get a chance, (no rush) would you mind measuring from the ground to the fender (straight up from the wheel), and also from the center of your wheel to the bottom of your fender?

I need to do a little comparison... :D

Definitely, I just need to find a level spot to measure.

She has settled some since mounting the skid plates and sliders. I plan to add the 2nd shim to the drivers side and crank the co’s down a hair either this weekend or the next.

Thanks! Can’t wait to take her on a trip. Still need to dial in the front suspension first.

Measured in my garage, close to level:

Front driver: 38” ground to fender, 22” center to fender.
Front passenger: 38” ground to fender, 22” center to fender.
Rear driver: 40” ground to fender, 24” center to fender.
Rear passenger: 40.5” ground to fender, 24.5” center to fender.

Truck is almost dead level, even with a full tank.

I really like what you've done with your truck. Any way I can get the details on your suspension and lift in order to fit the 34's??? I think those tires fit perfect on there but the only thing holding me back is the possibility of where or if they'll rub? Any info would help. Thanks!

She's looking great! I'm really considering ditching the cap and going the same route... but we'll see.

Thanks bud. If I didn’t already have the rtt, I probably would’ve gone with a cap.

Did you get new OEM CV complete assembles and install the High Angle CV Boot afterwards?

Wanting to get all my parts lined up before I dissemble for my lift/front end rebuild.

These are the stock cv’s. I knew the old boots were going to slip and spray some grease so I did some surgery on them and installed the high angle boots. I plan on buying a cvjreman high angle as a spare on the trail.

Finally installed the @dirtydeeds 12 hole 270cc fuel injectors. So far I’m happy with the throttle response. I’ll update after a few weeks.

hey man, truck looks great. Would love a picture down the side to see how those tires/wheels sit in reference to the fenders. I have 20s right now and wanna go down to 18s but may do 17s like these. Just dont want them sucked into the fenders is all.

hey thanks. I currently have some blocks in the rear (previous owner) and 5100s up front on the 3rd (I think) ring as am running 20x9s with 295/55s so I'm just worried about stepping down to 18s or possibly 17s and them looking really tiny on the truck.

Your 295’s(32.8x11.6) are basically the same size as a 285/70r17(32.7x11.2). Imo, more sidewall makes the tires look bigger.

Like the setup you have going. Do you happen to have the part number for the swing case you installed. Cant seem to find the one for my 06 Double Cab
