What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Tomorrow I'm installing the Undercover Elite on my 6'7" bed.

 

Was having same concerns as discussed on this thread about front turn signals: Installed the JDM ASTAR's today for the front turn signals and no hyper flash. Nice and bright. Problem solved
Now, let's see how long they last

 

How easy is the install?

 

Spyder? I’ve been eyeballing those. How do you like them? Any pics showing them illuminated? How’s the output?

 

Can you post a link to these or give a JDM product number. I installed JDMs for backup lights and love them. Super bright and plug and play. When I search the posted link for the JDM signal lights, my Amazon account says these don’t fit. Probably a glitch, but annoying.

 

Added a seat back molle panel to the truck. Worked out better than I though and will probably end up getting another for the passenger side as well. The panel is from Amazon by a company called OneTigris.

I had to do some slight modification to the bottom strap because it wouldn't fit around the Tundra's seat. Might go back and change that again depending on how this ends up working out.

 

Simple. Just plug and play. Only hard part is if you’ve got big hands on the driver side the battery is tiiiight and hard to get my hands in there

Technically last night but finished up late with poor lighting. Tldr got a lot of shit done..

Got the battery tie down slapped on from @Coupe which is awesome!


Wireless Qi center console charging. Forgot to take a pic when the panel was off. Followed some posts on our forums here. Took the coils out, trimmed the plastic down, dry fit and centered the coils so phone would still get a charge if it slid around the console a little bit before hot gluing the coils in. Missed my mark, glue set, and FML. It’s not a huge miss but just enough for my ocd to tick.

Picked 1.25” Spidertrax spacers from my new buddy @Hattori at 4wp Nashville. Not crazy about the blue a buddy talked me out of painting them red to match, but think I’ve talked myself back in. I love the look, it’s just enough for me


Slapped the rear sway bar on. Believe the hype you read the difference is immediately noticeable.




Added the illuminated ignition. So glad I found this here. Tried to find a way to change this LED to green but couldn’t find anything. Tried a green tint but that was totally pointless. Any suggestions??


Swapped the silver shifter knob to black..think I’m going to look for red vinyl inserts. Forgive the mess waiting to install dash/rear cam after my windshield tint goes on

Yes which really surprised me. Only when I turn fully either direction. Reversing like pulling out of a parking spot you can hear it rub but otherwise no other time

$75 I think. Powder coated, fits different size battery’s and comes with j hooks. Although the j in the hook was too tight and required some compliance lessons from a 16oz hammer. @Coupe made them but I think his pro versions are limited

 

Looks awesome, I've come across them before, from multiple different sellers. This 1 caught my eye. I like the grey and red, in case u cant tell on my truck. I got some other big things in works so gonna hold off for now. But I'm always looking and gathering info for future purchases. Yes im an addict lol.
