I ran a Maf Cal from URD on my Xrunner a few years back. The combination of the URD CAI and Maf Cal made that a completely different truck. Loads more power between 3800-5500rpm, better power delivery, no lost power anywhere. My MPG also increased, very little, but it definitely didn't hurt it.

Well there were a few other members on here talking about URD and that peaked my interest in what they might have for the 5.7. Emailed Gadget last night and already have a response.

I have a follow up email to him looking for additional tunes other than for a stock intake (I have a K&N intake with an AFE Dri filter).

    Is anyone running one already?

I can only speak from my experience on my 2006 Xrunner (Tacoma sport truck with the 4.0).
-It cleaned up a dead spot around 2500rpm, made the low end torque cleaner and IMHO better/stronger.
-The real kick in the pants was power over 3800RPM, the truck went from feeling flat up top to pulling stronger all the way to rev limiter. This is very common with a lot of engines, they lean out (sometimes dangerously) at higher RPM.
-It did not negatively effect my MPG, and on strictly hwy trips my MPG improved.

On my Tacoma this was a cut-splice-solder-heat shrink ordeal, now URD is making almost all of the MAF cals plug-and-play. The one for the 5.7 is PnP.

I trust URD, Gadget designs/tests/tunes everything that he brands as URD. My past experience is driving my decision the most. The MAF cal is very popular in the Toyota 4.0 world, you can read for days on it in the Tacomas and 4runners. I'll be surprised in no one on here has one installed yet.
