Hey! I'm in SW CO. Actually came through SoCal last week though, spent some time in the Mojave Preserve. That's a cool area.

Haha! You're actually the second person here to ask. I started using that name back when I played a lot of flight simulators (FSX, XPlanes, CFS, etc) and it kinda stuck and became my online handle.

As soon as I fix my truck. :anonymous: Somethings still bent from the turkey run and I haven’t had time yet to fix it. I just got back from vacation so hopefully I get on it soon. I’m hoping it’s the cam tabs so I’m gonna try gusseting them. Maybe early Feb.

Yes. Pro Comp Nitro 3/1 leveling kit. Both front (stock TRD) shocks are toast.

Yeah, it was already in the works. I should be back up and running in a month or so. Fortunately, it happened close to pavement and with a bunch of really, really experienced folks around so I had a solid diagnosis and a game plan within minutes. Anything that ends with a new pair of Kings can't be all that bad.

A little thread bump here. SGU is still alive and active. Everyone will be at Tundras to Sedona this week. But I have some broken parts (clavicle haha) so I won't be able to attend. We have some trips coming up that I wanted to fill you in on:

May: Possible day run to Anza to do some suspension testing
June: Weekend run to Baja with @n2deep
    June: Big Bear run
July: Destination TBD, but looking at the Sequoias or Mammoth area depending on snow melt
    Aug: Sequoia
Sep: Possible Moab trip or Northern AZ/Southern UT (North Rim)
Oct: Possible Baja trip (a full week)
Nov: SGU 5th Annual Turkey Run

There will also possibly be some short weekend trips in the SoCal area sprinkled in between those major trips as well.

Any dates set for the May and June run? Only because I could get a friday off in May and for sure I'm off work that first weekend/week in June. Turkey Run is on my calendar, assuming it's the weekend right before actual Turkey day!

Turkey run is usually the weekend before thanksgiving

No dates set for May yet

Baja in June is full, but let me know if you're serious and we can talk about it.

Big Bear will be June 21-23, let me know if you want to commit. We'll be doing the hard trails so you'll need a solid suspension setup (MT is good), AT or mud tires, and full size spare
