    Well the bge holds temps steady like a mofo, the weber kettle was good at it but the egg is so much better.

    Will know more about grilling and pizzas in the coming weeks.

    So far I like the egg, getting the temp set yesterday was a quick curve.

    That's great man.
    Get yourself a good thick pizza stone. My brother in law has a pizza truck, when he has extra dough balls we will bring them over. Pizza turns out great. Get an infared thermometer to make sure that the stone is at temp.
    Also get some lobster tails and look up Dwell in the Shell recipe. It's amazing!
