Sedona is very close to me. It's a tourist trap. I've been on the trails, and they are great. Downtown sucks. I'll stay away, Thank You.

You are absolutely right regarding the traffic etc. We actually camp just west of the I17. That area just so happens to be "near" Sedona, hence the event name. Since the event begins during the week, we hit the Sedona trails then, and do the trails away from Sedona on the weekend. 90% of the Tundra owners that attend know how Sedona gets, and knows yo avoid the town itself. Don't let that deter you from meeting 100s of other Arizona Tundra owners who have varied levels of offroading skill and truck modifications to chat or swap truck ideas with.

Plus 1000s of dollars worth of merchandise(mostly Tundra parts) are raffled off on Sunday with the money going to charity. @KevinK does an awesome job finding vendors willing to donate cool stuff.

That's a fun little drive. My brother in law and his family live in Paulden. Terry Thompson. I damn near think his house is in one of your pictures. LoL.

Welcome to the forum! T2S is more about camping in the woods than doing touristy shit in Sedona. The people that come in from around the country head into town and do the tourist thing, but most of us locals spend our time exploring above the rim between Schnebly Hill and Mormon Lake. Or up by Sycamore Canyon. Also Go Fast Friday in the Cinders just north of Flag.

What the hell is wrong with people. I've got some strong opinions on some things, but I keep them to myself, unless someone ask for my opinion. Guess some people can't keep their mouth shut. Dumbass people. Sad thing is, dumbass people mate with dumbass people and have little dumbass's.
