Any tips for installing the OME full lift?

    Going to install the OME full lift tomorrow, which includes new front coilovers, diff drop, 1.5" rear blocks, and rear shocks. Does anyone have any tips or valuable info that would help me out? I have installed a couple of lifts on Jeeps, but never a Tundra.

    Not that hard. Hardest thing is trying to get the front strut/coilover in. You have to push down really hard on the lower control arm to get it seated. Second person recommended for that part.

    What Brian said sums it up really, that should be the hardest part the rest should go smooth. As if you wont but please post pics with specs as I am looking at that kit as well but with the Dakar pack for the back.

    Tie rod end: 51 ft lbs
    Top coilover bolts: 33 ft lbs
    Bottom coilover bolt: 144 ft lbs
    Wheel: 97 ft lbs
    Upper control arm ball joint: 81 ft lbs
    Bottom stabilizer bolt: 89 ft lbs
    Top stabilizer bolt: 111 ft lbs
    Lower control arm ball joint attachment: 221 ft lbs
    Lower ball joint: 123 ft lbs

    Thanks for the info guys, it made things easier.
    Got everything on last night at about 1am. Front end aligned this morning.
    Cleaned it up today, got dark before I got any pics. Will post some tomorrow.
    I am VERY happy with the way it all turned out.
    Going to put on the hypertech speedo calibrator tomorrow.

    Here are a couple of pics.
    The front view shows how much tire is outside the fenderwell, which turned out the way I wanted.

    I will take some measurements and post soon. Been very busy.
    The OME full lift made the ride 10x better. Instead of a leveling kit, I recommend getting this. Several hundred dollars more but very worth it.

    Go to and search by your year truck. I believe what he got was the complete kit. I got the ultimate kit.

    Yes, Complete Lift. I got 1 1/2 blocks for the rear. I also paid the extra $110 to have them to mount the coils on the shocks. Thats a lot of money but I hate trying to compress the springs.
    Mine is not a TRD.
