Was I wrong?

I’ve found that Doc is a much better negotiator than I am. She can work the game WELL (she’s a neuropsychologist what do you expect?) I’m too impatient and don’t have time for bullshit. So we’ve worked out a system when we go looking. Doc does the talking, I check the paperwork and ask the pointed questions as well as the “calling out”. Case in point, while buying my tundra, they gave me the paperwork for the tundra we were looking at. It took me less than a minute to figure out the VIN nbr didn’t match.
Called them out on it and demanded the bullshit be cut out or our money was going to disappear from the equation.
Doc smoothed it out, but in my eyes, the sales guy had one job and he blew it.
Dude knew it too by the look in my eye.

At the end, he equated us as one of the best “good cop/bad cop” team ups he’s seen LOL

Lol !!! That's what I did. Purposely went in on a Saturday morning! When the place was full of people waiting for the service dept.
I was polite till the guy thought he would talk down to me!
Wrong f'n move.
I went straight to bitch mode.
