How awesome Tundy people are. I have noticed that wherever I am someone else in a whatever gen tundra will usually stay near or I’ll come outside from a store and there will be three tundras around mine. On the road I get constant waives and hellos from other well educated like minded folks. I also find myself parking next to one or getting behind one on the road and I waive as well. I came from GM and Ford culture where everyone there is a numbnuts and doesn’t give a crap. I have also noticed fords and chevys but especially fords can’t help but stare at the tundra. It’s like it’s got to be looked at. Then I roll down my entire back window and that just puts it over the top.

MGM is also the fastest color. Unlike those white trucks that look like fleet vehicles. Might as well stick a direct tv sticker on them already.

Not actually in the town, and the town isn't even incorporated. But it's Harper. NNW of San Antonio about 90 miles. North of Kerrville.

Well, I'm where I've always wanted to be...20 acres out in the boonies. My last move. I'll die here.

edit....probably better to say, "I'll live here 'til I die." haha

I love that area down in the south Hill Country. Utopia, Leakey, Rio Frio, Vanderpool. Beautiful country.
Harper has about a hundred homes, a K-12 school, two gas stations, a feed store, about a dozen churches, a post office, and just recently, a Family Dollar store. Oh yeah, and the Headwaters Saloon and Longhorn Cafe.

I always do the three finger steering wheel way when I see a passing Tundra and when walking through a parking lot if I see a custom built Tundra I always stop and give it a look through to see what they got. If they walk while I’m doing we usually end up talking for a bit.

I always seem to talk to Tundra guys when I see another one. I haven't noticed the wave with the Tundra as much as I do in the Corvette. I get a wave from most Corvettes I see when I'm driving mine. I think I will start the Tundra wave and see what happens.

Couldn't agree more. I came from GM to a '90 pickup when I crossed over. Recent upgrade to the Gen1 has been awesome. Definitely a different class around here!
