Pop or click sound only after truck sits

2016 Tundra SR5 TRD makes one pop, click or whatever you'd like to call it after truck sits for a little while when first taking off. This is the only time I hear it so doesn't seem like the skid plate issue I've read about. Anyone else had this issue?

 

ABS self check, not an issue youll get used to it.

 

Thanks, strange I haven't noticed it before though. Maybe music has been loud enough in the past I didn't notice

Mine will sometimes make a pop/click after backing out of the driveway and shifting into drive. Right as you move forward it makes the noise, but only once in a while. Is this the same noise (ABS self check)?

 

Right around 15mph? If so, yes abs self check. Mine does it. Mine also creeks when I launch off the line. But that’s my driveshaft I’m pretty sure.

 

The noise is immediately once you hit the gas and start to move. Only happens once in a while usually in the morning when leaving for work maybe 1-2 times per month.

 

Id guess it’s what mine does. I chalk it up to drivetrain creak.

 

Mine does it too, i just believe what everyone says here and tell myself its normal
