What lift? With the 0 offset methods, did you just do a bmc? I'm trying to figure out if I got a 0 offset method on my stock pro with 2 shims +3shackle would they fit with just a bmc, possibly bumper shim. TIA.

For sure a bumper shim. I'm already grinding my front bumper. Not sure how I'm gonna get the plastic back in there neatly. No bmc and it slightly rubs. I want the mudflap back on though. Still working on that too.

What's your lift setup in front? I'm the 1 who commented on your post earlier it looked good regardless of what others could possibly think regarding the cali bro lean. I'm setup with stock pro suspension with 2 shims and +3 shackle, so I might have more lift than you, especially in the front. Stock pros have 2 upfront plus the 2 shims at .5" each gives me a total of 3 upfront. I also added more rear rake like a traditional redneck lol with the +3 shackle, that's 1.75 added to rear. Curious how much lift you have upfront?

Also, do you feel say a more positive offset than 0, say a +25 offset would help in decreasing the rub on the front bumper? TIA.

    Appreciate it Mike.

Now that you add up the math, yeah it sounds like you have more lift than me. I was thinking a Pro only had 1 inch stock lift. My Bilstein 5100 shock advertises 2.25 lift, but i didnt measure before and after. But if you want to have no rubbing at all, I say BMC (mudflap removed) and bumper shim with 0 offset wheel. I would have gone with a different rim if i would i have noticed that. The 18s come with offset and i guess thats what i had looked at initially.

25mm is about an inch, so yes that would give you more clearance on the outside sweep of the tire for bumper and body mount. But it might hit the skid plate and other stuff if its offset too far in. I really would like to keep the stock plastics and mudflap, so im going to have to come up with something after i grind the bumper back all the way. The body mount rub doesnt bother me, but the mudflap goes over it, so im going to have to trim that clean somehow.

It's a 3" BDS Suspension lift. I ended up doing the BMC as well as trimming up the front bumper. I've also added bushwacker flares to cover the tires.

Tnx for response. When u say trim front bumper, u don't happen to have a pic of cut do u? Would a .5" bumper shim have got u the clearance needed? I'm trying to decide between a +25 to 0 offset. I do have flares and think 0 would look best. I dont mind the bmc but kinda want to stay away from front bumper if can. I already trimmed front plastics to fit 295/70r18 nitto rgs on stock pro +60 w/1.25 spacer to get to +28.75 offset. It plastic trimming I did still looks stock though and u couldn't tell.

If youre also curious about mine. Plastic is off and I trimmed a 1/4 inch off up to the plastic mount bolt. I still need to go another 1/4 I think. Then I plan on putting the plastic back and trimming it where it contacts. I will then form, roll, weld some aluminum to rivet to the plastic to cover all the holes I created.

I'm curious with the 3 inches I have upfront, if I went 0 offset with a bumper shim would I still need to cut bumper? Only other problem the 35x12.5r17 pitbull rockers run very true to size so idk?

I would guess no bumper trim, but be prepared to mess with the plastic, and remove/trim the mudflap.

Im considering getting a 1/4" coilover spacer to see if this helps my problem on the bumper. I dont really want to add a bumper spacer i dont think. That would technically put me at 2.5"-2.75" of lift.

I meant more of a bumper shim. Coach builder sells them. You get 2 for each side and they add half inch of pushing it forward.

Yeah I thought about doing the bumper shim. I don't want to change the look of the front by doing that. Not sure how noticeable that is. But I'm also not sure if 1/4" of lift is gonna help me at all. As you can see above, it's hitting pretty good. I think Ill have to trim either way, so I might as well just leave my current height and trim as needed.

I doubt a 1/2" is much noticeable. Probably only makes the edge of the bumper move slightly forward in the wheel well. Instead of almost coming flush, it just moves forward ever so slightly. Someone would have to really look to notice, otherwise it would look stock.

I am having trouble fitting this set up. Any help is appreciated. Currently Upfront I am running 3 inch King Coilovers with Camburg Upper Control Arms. I am at a 3 inch height in the front. I got the BMC done. I removed the front mud flaps and removed/trimmed the front fender liners. For wheels and tires I’m running 17 inch Method MR 309’s on 35x12.50r17 BFGKO2’s. With the alignment I maxed out positive caster in order to push the tire forward and prevent the tire from rubbing the body mount. but now I’m rubbing in the front when at Full Lock (Right turn) on the driver side. Anybody willing to share what they did with their alignment to fit this wheel and a 35? Or any suggestions. Also my tie rods are now rubbing the coil springs, is that normal with this set up?

Anyone know if you can mount these in +25? I've notice almost all you guys have 0 offset but I'd prefer 25, not sure if there's still room on the inside of the wheel for the weights to clear the calipers.

    2017 Tundra
    Camburg - FOX - Method - General Tire - Deaver - Rigid
@Highsierraguy On Tundra's with coilovers and upper arms we recommend running a positive offset wheel. It really helps with fitting a 35" tire and having less rubbing and clearancing needed. I run +25 (6" backspacing) Methods on my Tundra with 35" General X3's. Running a zero offset wheel pushes the wheel and tire out another 1-1.25" per side.

Thanks for the info. I'm keeping my stock UCA's and just installing billsteins at 1.9 inches. My plan was to go with a 285/70/17, so I'm not so concerned with rubbing, more so the weights being able to fit inside the rim and clear the calipers if it's not 0 offset, just not a big fan of the wheels sticking out.

for any reason, Method likes to release their Tundra 17's mostly in 0 offset. They have very few +25 in 17 for Tundras. Icon is your best bet for 17s. They are all +25 offset which is the sweet spot imo.

Yea I just looked all their wheels and noticed that. Can't stand the fake beadlock nuts on all the Icon wheels, bummer.

    Too much to list
They moved the wheel weights to the side to clear the caliper

Method 313’s are available in 25 offset. It’s what I’m running on my truck.
