Entune Question / Help

    I've searched and haven't been able to find anything so if I missed it please point me in the correction direction.

    For starters, I have the apps on my phone but it will not let me sign up for an account, has anyone encountered this and have a solution? I plan to call support this week in hopes of a solution.

    Next, does having Navigation constitute that I have Entune Premium? I have the JBL radio [Model ID 3TDANNA-DA11] but I don't have weather and traffic? How do I know if I can get these apps?

    Is it possible that the JBL Premium does not have Entune Premium.

    I can post pictures of my Apps page if that will help.

    So my vehicle was made in San Antonio but made for Canada. So no Entune for me
