Those specs sound too good to be true. I’ll believe it when I see it. Toyota need to get on this doh instead of messing with some hybrid/diesel or evolution of the 5.7 for their next generation.

    Lost track after #1.
Nope to all electric vehicles, hybrid or full. I'll jump on board the alternative energy bandwagon when hydrogen fuel cell vehicles finally get going.

No competition at all. Atlis is way behind. All their photos are just 3D renderings and they don't have a real prototype ready for production anytime soon. Heck, they're still trying to raise a meer $1 million through crowdfunding and they can't even reach the goal.

If you would have invested in Tesla's ipo at 1k, today it would be worth around 20k... Something to think about

I would entertain this... these low gas prices won't stick around for very long. however having a paid off tundra in your back pocket is a nice compliment to a new ETruck. say it launches the same year as a redesigned tundra, both trucks would be new and both suffer from growing pains. Toyota is clearly the bigger company with a stronger support system but if the atlis 10yr warranty is legit then it's totally worth a shot as long as 7 yrs down the road they are still around and we dont get stuck with ejunk

Completely useless to me except as a daily driver and for that I would buy a Tesla. Would have a hard time taking this thing camping in Big Bend or fishing 50 miles down the beach at Padre Island National Seashore
