This hand vacuum doesn't suck... but I need one that does!

Help! I need a portable (rechargeable) hand vacuum to clean the Tundra, as well as to handle small household clean-up, like cobwebs in upper corners. I'm tall so don't need extensions for reach, but would appreciate accessories for reaching into small nooks and crannies at the door edges and under seats.

I received a Shark cordless, model SV75Z_N, for Christmas and am not impressed. I charged it fully before first use. It doesn't have much suction (so it's a chore getting all the bits up out of the OEM carpet) AND ran out of charge before I started on the passenger side. So I'm hoping we can return it and start over.

Please recommend a great one, if you know. Thanks, Y'all!

Costco has a Dyson deal right now, the big cordless vacuum that can be made smaller for application s like cleaning the truck. But it's close to $300. That what you boys mean, or do you know of something smaller, less expensive?

I have a Stihl shop vac that I have had for 8 or nine years and it still sucks as good as it did when it was new. My vehicles are spotless on the interior.

The DeWalt and Milwaukees are nice, plus the batteries are interchangeable with other units.

Hint - If you buy one of these don't get it a Depot or Lowes.... Get it from Grainger Lennox or Johnstone.
May cost a little more - but the internals are higher quality as they are for contractors.

After my original post, I replaced my Milwaukee tools with DeWalt. I will say that the Milwaukee vacuum is MUCH better than the DeWalt. Air volume is 1.5x per the spec sheet and the Red really does suck better than the Yellow. As for the rest of the Red vs. Yellow debate, I find myself neutral. Both make a great tool.
That being said, neither one is what I go to when I need to clean the truck. I have not tried the Dyson, but I may take a look.
