I thought I would share this since it helped me so much. I am a Tundra member and I have no affiliation with this company. That being said heres what I am sharing. I had severe shoulder pain to the point I could no longer do a push up or any chest exercises. I am a side sleeper and I couldn't sleep on my sides anymore. My shoulder was so bad I feared surgery and I have mentioned this before in the workout thread in here. I also have reflux which is another side issue which causes a pinched throat sensation.

I saw this expensive overly priced pillow on facebook. Some reviews showed it helped with the shoulder pains and I decided I would try it especially since they accept HSA. I have had it for about 3 weeks and its been great. My shoulder pain is still there but fading fast. I can do limited chest workouts again and I can scratch my back again :) My reflux is also disappearing which was a bonus.

The first few nights sleep were aweful until your body adjusts to the angle and feel. Once you learn the sweet spot its quit comfy. It worked for me which makes it well worth the price. Surgery or $230? I cant say it will fix you all but it puts an option out there. I am a side sleeper that constantly adjusts all night. Now I switch over once a night.

Thanks for that review Shane. I was looking on FB at that and wanted a review from a “real” person.

    May try one out.
