Looking for some help. Just found the storage compartment under the front center seat in my 2016 Crewmax and found these. I know, I'm a little slow finding the storage. Any way, any idea what they are?20190106_155959.jpg

Those are rear dropouts from a bicycle. And a pretty cool find.

They kind of look like engine accessory brackets, but not a factory item that I've ever noticed.

Those look like a bicycle derailleur hanger.
    Not truck related.

They mount the the derailleur to the frame. They make them inserts, so when you crash or bash your rear shifter off a stump you don't damage your bicycle frame. They are replacement parts and are specific to a particular brand and or model bike

They are actually the brackets that get welded into the rear triangle tubes on a bicycle

The entire drop-outs on some bikes are replaceable, like carbon fiber framed ones (no welding those).
