about time they added Carplay... the Entune 2.0 headunits are inexcusable in 2018

Man I'm a truck guy through and through but that is nice. Toyota has really stepped up their game wit the Camry and Avalon.

My wife took delivery of a 2019 Avalon last night. Gorgeous car. It took over 2 months to get it because one with the color scheme that she wanted (Parisian Night Pearl exterior/Harvest Beige Leather interior) wasn’t available within 500 miles of here, so we had to wait until the next allotment of cars came in.
(There are a lot of little things on it that I wish were on my Tundra. One thing that’s much better is the head unit.)
Up until this past September, we were a 2 GM family. Now we’re a 2 Toyota family. I guess we wised up with age.
I’m sure I’ll be as OCD with this as I was with her last car. (It was an absolutely mint condition 2008 Buick Lucerne with less than 24K miles. It never got dirty. It never had snow on it and rarely even went out of the garage in the rain. The only reason that we don’t have it anymore is because some dumbass bimbo on a cell phone rear-ended it and it had to be totaled because they don’t make the parts anymore.)
But she loves her Avalon. Maybe she’ll even let me drive it someday!

Congrats on the new ride. I just left the Toyota dealer this morning (went in for my 40K oil change) and was checking out the new cars on the lot. The Avalon's have come a long way compared to the older years.
