What could be the issue? I do have a 3” leveling kit and aftermarket wheels and 33” tires. The only thing I noticed is that the blocks on the rear under the leafs are not lined up the same. One of them is pushed back further than the other. Could that cause my alignment to get out of wack? One of the U bolts might be loose? I took pictures of the blocks and also the rear alignment results. Hope someone on here might know what it could be. Thanks!

block.jpg It's possible that could be the problem, but more importantly I'm wondering if the bottom pin is even in there..

Something is rotten with that spacer block on the driver’s side (2nd pic), either the centering pin in the block is missing, has sheared off, or wasn’t aligned with the hole in the perch and has crushed into the perch when the u-bolts were tightened.

Thanks for the input! I’m taking it to the shop that installed the lift to get it looked at.

I installed a 3-2 level kit and I had the same issue when when I put it on the Alignment machine. loosen up the u-bolts slightly while it's on the Alignment rack, I used a big pry bar to rotate the rear so both rear tires had the same toe readings. Then tighten down your u bolts. Then adjust your front as that will change.
