2018+ TSS WHEELS Authentic? TPMS?

I found and met with a guy on Craigslist who had a "NEW" set of 2018+ TSS Wheels. I got a pretty good deal, I think, for them for $700 with TPMS on all 4.

Now, I don't know what an authentic Toyota TSS wheel looks like from the inside with markings, so I am asking here. Are there knockoffs of this wheel?

The guy claimed to work for a manufacture who makes this wheel for Toyota. Although they look pretty new and appears to have never been mounted, I do see a couple of blemishes but not in your usual areas. Maybe the guy takes the ones that don't pass QA. I'm hoping these wheels are true, in regards to perfectly round and balanced like OEM.

Also, I don't know of the TPMS sensors are the correct ones for 2018+ and for this wheel.

    Picture of the wheels attached.

In addition, what is the process I need to follow to ensure the TPMS work. Do I put the tires on then take to the dealership and have programmed or should I also have the dealership mount the tires to the wheels and then mount on the truck? Do they need to see the serial number of the sensor or would the sensor just be "emitting" it's serial number when not programmed to a system.

Please excuse my elementary TPMS questions as I haven't owned or driven a vehicle newer than 1999. I still have my 276K mile Lexus GS400 and drive it but it doesn't have TPMS so I have no experience with these kind of systems and proper way to change them out or change wheels.

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
I'd say you got a hell of deal!
Those are the new design that the TSS models switched to in '17, forward. They're Torque wheels; notice the 'batman' style "T" in center cap.
The cheapest I've seen them is abt $250 a piece.

If you don't want them, I'm sure you get rid of them easily....

    Thanks.

My mind keeps on wandering. I am thinking of "Black Chroming" these before mounting...to be different.

The truck wheels in this video looks a lot like the spoke design of the TSS without the hug center cap. These look sick with Black Chrome.

    I like them! Great deal.
Mine are very similar that came on my ‘15, except mine has a machined edge and unpainted trim bolts.

That's a real good price and they look like the real deal. I purchased a set about a year ago for about the same price.
