    Hi All,

I replaced my cargo lights with LEDs tonight, and noticed something that seemed a bit "off" with my 3rd brake lamp.

It came off OK with a little persuasion, but my gasket was all sorts of twisted. After changing the lights, and trying to put the cover back on, it seems like it has a bit of a gap? I worked to try and straighten the seal, and felt like it went on straight, but the screws took a bit of force and are really pulling against it, rather than "holding" it in place.

I took a picture of the gap showing the tip of the screwdriver where the gap is. I was super careful to not go crazy with the tightening and strip those screws. Anyone else has this little gap? Should I try a new gasket, or perhaps some silicone gasket maker around it? The screws were tight, and I'm honestly thinking I may have gone a little too crazy on them...

    Thanks!

I don’t think this is a huge deal since the lens pinches the gasket from the inside with a lip. I believe I had that same gap before I even did the led mod.
