A couple of my favorites from this trip so far. 3 more days of diving. So far, I've seen 3 Tundras and a lot of Hilux on Roatan. Gas is $4/gallon here, and it is a poor economy.

    Great shots!

For those who didn't know, like myself: Roatán is an island in the Caribbean, about 65 kilometres (40 mi) off the northern coast of Honduras

I just got back from 11 days on Fiji. I took over 1800 pictures, including a 12’ Bull shark upclose and personal!

how did i miss this? we've spent quite a bit of time on roatan (anthony's key) and fiji.

sharks in fiji were incredible. so many black tips. came across some sleeping nurse sharks in a few caves. never saw a bull though. got along well with the divemasters and they would show me spots that they wouldn't let the rest of the boat get into.

i do miss blowing bubbles and the quiet. getting underwater was a great escape.

When I’m responsible for life support equipment, I prefer to be more than just familiar with the gear.

I'll be back on Roatan in March for a week, then hop over to Utila to swim with the whale sharks for another week!
