    None.....yet
Nothing that fancy. Usually it's cold cuts! But not having to find something to eat in the middle of a project with tools out , saving money and it's healthy.....cant be beat!

I do. I am responsible for lunches for the whole house. Don't know how I ended up with that job. Anyway, we always grill over the weekend, so while the grill is on I throw a few extra pieces of chicken, chops etc. on that we use during the week. I cut grilled chicken on salad for my wife. I take left overs from the previous night's dinner (we cook a full meal every night). My daughter likes things like quesadilla that is quick to eat since they don't have long lunch time at school. My son will eat anything as long as there is a lot of it!

Luckily for me, my fiancée meal preps for us every week. Like stated, it’s healthy the option.

Some typical lunches for us. The pyrex glass containers work great for easy re-heating.

It is way healthier, cheaper too. I have a limited packing menu, haha.

    Typically it will be....

Chicken salad on a whole wheat pita with American cheese & lettuce.
    Or
Ham & turkey, lettuce, cheese, on a wheat wrap
    Or
    Old school pb&j on wheat

With a Greek yogurt, pure protein protein bar, banana.

32oz Rtic bottle filled with water.

We do a general meal prep on Sundays. We'll shop and then prep fresh veggies, fruits, and nuts. Everything is portioned out for the week to grab and go. Then we'll cook extra at every dinner and the leftovers become lunch.

I keep a Nalgene bottle at work, fill it from the water cooler and drink 1 - 2 of those a day.

I always meal prep on Sunday afternoons. My go to meal is 6 oz grilled or seared chicken 7 oz sweet potatoes and 1 cup broccoli. I also bring a protein bar and banana for a small snack.

I get up early enough to make my breakfast every morning and Doc usually cooks enough for dinner to last 3 nights.

I used to, then I started to have food vanish from my lunch bag. So I stopped. Now I don't eat anything, well maybe some chips from the vending machine but that's as far as it goes.

When my jerky and bbq start coming up missing you have crossed a line. Thing is if someone is that damn hungry just ask I will feed your ass once.

No to brag or promote myself but I bring tons of bbq, pork, ribs and brisket into the store and set in the breakroom for anyone to have, and its normally gone in minutes But when you steal my lunch, screw you buddy.

Yep. I bring my meals with me to work
It varies on the meal whether it’s a training day or not, but it’s rather consistent

I take lunches everyday as well. Typically it is boiled chicken breasts and rice. My wife boils the chicken in Mexican seasonings(like for enchiladas) and the rice is usually either Jasmine or Calrose. From there Ill add some kind of a small amount of sauce over it. Right now I’m using either buffalo, bbq, or Panda Express teriyaki. If I have hot salsa I’ll throw a little cheese on top of the chicken. Sometimes to mix it up instead of chicken it will be Carne Asada. No sauces there obviously.
Snacks that get included are usually the Oats and honey Nature Valley bars, maybe a protein shake depending on macros for the day and shift I’m working.

Either leftovers from the night before or I have cold cuts that I keep in the fridge at work. Go out for lunch once a week with the guys. Local bar has a pretty good lunch menu, personal pizza w/3 toppings, salad and drink for $7.

I starter packing my lunches a few years ago after many years of buying.
I'm at work 12-16 hours when I'm there so i pack a few meals usually per day
Breakfast- a couple eggs cracked into a container with some cheese, sometimes an English muffin, microwave and eat.
Lunch- a sandwich of some kind, chips or some kinda snack
Dinner- leftovers from the night before in glass so I can heat it quick and eat

I work in an emergency department so I rarely get a decent meal break, everything has to be able to be warmed up and eaten in 10-15 minutes max, or I won't eat

I also pack my daughters lunches every day, unless the school is making something she really likes, which is rare.
Lunch- Juice box, yogurt or string cheese, fruit, sandwich which is either PB&J or bologna and cheese. And some kinda treat
Snack- applesauce or fruit and cheese and crackers. She brings a water bottle as well

I pack a lunch every day. It's nice having good food when I want it rather than having to run somewhere or waiting for the roach coach to show up. It also saves me money and keeps the leftovers to a minimum. The guys at work almost never have anything to snack on, complain about not having any extra cash and are out of shape but go to McDonald's or Burger King every day. They're a daily reminder of why I pack a lunch.

90% of the time I pack my lunch, usually leftover from the night before. Occasionally eat out for lunch but not to often. I know one place near my work that is charging $25 for a plate of nachos. They only want tourist to dine there.
Brining a lunch is such a money saver, allows me to save for Magnuson SC.

I took a lesson from my Grandmother who just turned 99 on the 14th. She lives independently, drives herself to the gym 5 days a week to workout... she eats a salad every day...

The lunch I pack is a salad with as many different veggies and colors as I can fit in there, half a sandwich using Dave’s Killer Bread usually filled with leftover meat from a previous dinner, and an apple. An apple a day....

I take my lunch every day. Usually a salad but sometimes it’s some sort of healthy leftovers. What I include for snacks varies between veggies, sugar free jello, cheese sticks, etc. I did it because I had to lose weight and it’s working. Down almost 40 pounds since May. I used to eat hoagies, Philly cheesesteaks or visit a local lunch bar, which I really chowed down at. A significant additional benefit is that I save a ton of money.

For me, well, out on work we've all seen on TL I grill a lot, in that's for lunch n dinner, now starting to cook in room, roommate nni buy lots of different dinners n lunches n we split the bill, usually packed in HD foil n warmed up by machines engine or someone has a warmer hooked up to electrical system, as for home usually cold cuts or leftovers I'm a big fan of leftovers and with new part-time job, I'll put in a container take with n nuke it
