I got my headlights swapped out but I don't like the offset between them and the adjustment from the interior only does so much. Is there a way to adjust them like old school headlights?

First pic is low beam and second is high:

They have leveling gear same as your old halogens, just level them to 0 in the in cab switch, then follow the next process

Confirmed the above instructions. I installed the 2018 LEDs and adjusted with just a long phillips screwdriver as above. My passenger side ended up a few inches higher when the high beams were level.

I guess not from the outside of headlight housing, just UP and DOWN

I just put my '18 headlights on my '16. My drivers light was way lower than my passenger. I adjusted mine to about your offset. Really, the drivers side is supposed to be lower than the passenger to not blind on-coming drivers.

To adjust them you can also use a 1/4 wrench. I couldn't fit a flat head in the gear level as easy to adjust them.

Do you have a pic of the metal cap? My lights are already installed and I cannot see it. Thanks.

Thanks for the input on this I really never took enough time to play around with the headlight assembly, I was so exited to install them right after boxes arrived, I never noticed the mentioned cap, and now I’m too lazy to take the front end of my truck again man I removed everything hundreds of times, now just waiting to see what the internal inspection you’re doing bring for us, possibly LED DRL switchbacks, color changing modules, power increase for the Hi Lo beams? Or in the best place a full Morimoto M-LED Projector retrofit let me tell you I’m very exited now. Keep up the good job as everything coming from Morimoto and Retrofit Source

Do you have to remove the light or battery to access this bolt once it is installed?

When I adjust my 2018's, I adjust with only the low beams, correct?

It's the white knob in the center (not the yellow circle) that you turn clock/counterclockwise before closing it up. Or if after installation, you access it from the top using a Phillips screwdriver through the funnel/tunnel as shown above the knob.

My driver’s side headlight was high...fixed it in about 2 minutes. Super easy, barely an inconvenience!! ;)
