    I spent the first three months of this year working down in Houston. It wasn't even the hot months and the humidity really wore me out. I guess you get acclimated to it, but I don't see how.

    I've been running an excavator for the last several months. They keep asking me when I'll decide to weld again. My answer is November thru February!

    You do but only to a certain point. I will say, when I was away from south La for a few years, it felt like death when I came back, it just feels like death's little brother now.

    It's wierd, the falls and springs are PERFECT. But lately, the winters have been crazy with the wind chill factor being so high. December to January, it just downright sucks but feb and March are perfect.

    Man, I wouldn't mind moving up north at all! But my family's a close one, and can't move away from them! Rather that than nice weather!

    LOL lived in Ft Lauderdale for 3 years, thought it was nicer than South La. You could always take a dip in the ocean. Here, all bayous and swamps. Doesn't help!

    Central WA. state. Got up to about 96* today. I got a bit of sunburn from riding my Harley to Wenatchee and back. I even put sunscreen on! Had a BIG brush fire going for most of the day off in the distance. I saw they were evacuating people from the area. Must have been big for that to happen.
