I got these for an amazing deal. I would’ve got them brand new a few months back if they weren’t stupid expensive. I like the led bar and the dark housing. And these in general were a huge improvement on what I had.

Got my KO off-road/DV8 bumper finally!! Of course no instructions came with it so it was a good puzzle, absolutely no difference in driving so idk what everyone else was talking about. Got a few little mods I’ll do to it but nothing visible. Hopefully a winch in the future. Also managed to make my four stock fog lights fit! A bit of a small gap the way the bumper sits so I’m gonna make something for that or put lights in there but it’s not bad. Otherwise badass!

It’s a great bumper in my opinion, especially for the cost of it. It was on eBay under oewheelsdirect

Thanks! The ones on the door? All plasti dip to make them black and I did it the hard way and didn’t even pull the badges off so I had to peel the excess in between the letters lol. But if you wanna change the letters on the engine badge like how I made mine white. I got them on TVDvinyl. I also got black ones to cover the air vents chrome and stuff inside so they have pretty cool things for cheap

my dad had a white 08 4runner with black wheels and i used to call it the stormtrooper. i named mine the DeathTrooper because the front end looks like their helmet. also sounds badass lol sick name choice.

Didn’t want just a yellow sticker, although it looked good, so I covered it with more matte black. Also couldn’t put a reaper on the tailgate because the trucks a stormtrooper not a reaper lol. But this is my jobs mascot (and yellows the color) or whatever so might as well rep the badass stickers I had made. Hashtag reaperfied
Alsooooo ordered my lift kit today so soon the trooper will be even more obnoxiously huge next to me

    Nice build thread!
Did you plasti-dip the front? How is that holding up? I also have the white paint and hate the chrome.

I plastidipped both bumpers and all my badges and they hold up great. I changed my front bumper but it was great too. I only have to touch the grill up rarely due to rocks hitting it but I usually will just spot spray it. Honestly not that often though. I love it. Get four cans if you plan on painting all the chrome. And check out TVDvinyl for inner chrome and the engine badge, that’s how mine is white

Already have those in the cart on TVD's site. Thanks! Wish they made one for the shifter surround.
Once it's not so damn cold I'll get the plasti-dip and hide the chrome.

I painted the shifter chrome as well with an indoor/outdoor primer and paint spray can. Gloss black. Just took apart that whole area and painted it outside791ABCC3-B2F4-45D1-9DAD-7EC37D22FDD6.jpg
