Can I get some opinions on this? Pulled plugs for my 120k service today and one was wet with oil on the threads (though the plug looked pretty clean for 11 years). What say ye?

Change valve cover gasket and spark plug seals, change plugs too while at it.

Changing plugs now. How serious is it? Trucks been running great, oil level hasn’t been noticeably dropping. I’ve got a 2500 mile trip in 7 days - can it wait until after?

Yeah it's no big deal, i've had my old camrys and accords filled up the spark plug tube with oil. They're my beaters and i don't care, for a truck like a Tundra this would bother me, so i'd change it.

Change plugs for now and do the seals when you find the time.
