Anyone run switchbacks in their running lights? I've got retros with Halo and strips, might be cool to add a switch back.

I also think the Triton's aren't a bad deal. Seems like they are really expensive, but they are priced as a pair vs the others are per bulb.

I have the $25 signals(each) on my other car and they are actually very bright. For signals I wouldn’t bother w the tritons.

I was thinking about the Triton's for the brake lights.
I have them in my commuter car and they are great.

I meant if you were to use tritons as signals. You are correct no resistor needed for brake lamps.

Looking to replace my interior lights as the first step but I can't decide between natural, pure or cool white. The pics I find online really don't show enough of a difference to help out here.

Any recommendations? Good pics showing the difference?

Use caution with your dome/map lights. Some guys have turned 5 min jobs into 3 hr jobs. Tricky. I haven't messed with mine yet.

As I had hoped the BF sale has come through on VLEDS, ordered the complete set for the rear of my 18 CM for 25% off. I did not order the resistor for the turns in the rear. I have read here that in a single circuit per side that the front 6 ohm front would cover, from the Tritons that are installed for the front signals. Will post before and after picts. Of course will do the cargo lights and third brake later. Like the look of LED's.
Cost with free shipping was 165.00, sure beats the cost of new "Spyders".

I have front and rear leds and the 6ohm per side wasn’t enough. I had to go to 3ohm per side.

would a second 6 ohm in the rear be enough per side or overkill?

misread the post from @Spitfire the brakes use 3157 and shouldn't need resistors just the turns.

    Good stuff here!

Don't forget about their new LPR...so cool and really bright. Pairs well with their 7440HO reverse lights.

Easy. Comes with a tap, tap the reverse light wires, plug LPR into plug on the wire that you tapped, good to go. Hardest part would be to get the tap the right way (positive wire where it needs to be on the duotap). But if it doesn't light, just take it up and tap again in an area very near the other spot and should be good to go. If you're familiar with wiring/Tundras, it will take you 20 mins. If you're not and need to learn where to run the wires and how to get the tail lights off, etc, it might be 45 mins install.

Had to replace a burned out HR build. Ordered the new headlights on sale. Question is should the led’s be vertical or horizontal? These new ones have a clocking system so you can adjust them. Now I’m 2nd guessing myself. Anyway got the truck torn down and replacing another HR switchback that worked but when I took it out of the housing it is in 2 pieces.
