Hello new to site, my issue is with reverse camera during the day or when sun is out screen turns white and once I reverse into garage it starts working clear. It works at night time.

This is odd, I’m wondering on a shady day is it fine? Or is the grounding rod in ur garage providing a better ground to the vehicle? Just a thought cause I had a similar issue with that , I have power steps on my tundra & they’d work until I pulled out of the garage and then they’d just make a Humm outside of it

That’s what I was thinking too, but I removed my jbl so I couldn’t refer to it to look for that. So went to the fourms to look cause I’m interested in what would cause that

Didn’t know you could adjust the camera. Like on a sunny day camera just turns white when reversing into the garage once camera is in garage BOOM works awesome

Could be the iris on the camera is not closing and the whited out display is excessive light.

It controls the amount of light the camera needs to create the image. It opens and closes as needed, but it should be an automatic operation, the camera may be defective. If the camera connection is easy to get to and you have access to a camera, you can temporarily connect it, see if it helps.

Like LeePC is stating, looks like you might have a defective OEM Camera. Seems to be stuck in night mode only.
