hey all just joined up coming from a 2018 4Runner. I lost her to a suburban that decided not to stop for a red light. :( I need something bigger and looking at the sequoia as a replacement.
I loved the aftermarket community with the t4r so I figured I’d start my parts research for my future sequoia but I’m having a hard time finding specifics. I’m looking at recreating my t4r with 19 SR5 premium in MGM and will go from there. First mod will be wheels and tires. I see the bolt pattern is 5 on 150 and the offset is pretty high on the + side but can’t find that specifically. I want to push the wheels out but avoid rubbing as much as possible. I intend on a 2.5 -3 in lift down the road but not immediately.

Can anyone share some wheel/tire knowledge?

    Thanks

Some before/after pics of my poor t4r

Welcome from Ca. Stock offset is usually +60. Keep the offset around +25-30 for best results. Often a CMC is helpful and not that big a deal.

Thanks all. Good news is that side impact beam Toyota builds their rigs with really works! The force crumpled the floors roof and sides. Well we flipped and landed on the roof first so that probably contributed to the wrinkles in the body. Pretty banged up still from the accident but was able to walk away from it which was amazing.

Thanks 831Tun that gives me a place to start. Now I need my dealership to get some grey sequoias in!

I like those TRD sport sequoias. couple guys here have them. look sick.

add a lift, tint, bigger tires/rims and you should be good to go.

I like em too but need the middle row. (Too many kids) The way I see it, the only difference between that and the SR5 premium is that middle row, blacked out emblems and bilstiens/beefed up sway bars. If I’m lifting it anyway that suspension does me no good and I plan to de-chrome mine as quickly as possible

Welcome! I came from a Tacoma where all aftermarket rims had negative offset but on tundras and sequoias a +25 still gives plenty of poke in my opinion! Choosing MGM is a great start too!

That's a tough one to answer since wheel width and tire width are part of the equation too. Probably best to check out this thread.

My wife bought a 2017 Sequoia in June of 2017 that inspired me to get my 2018 Tundra in January of 2018.

One thing to keep in mind: 381 horsepower. It doesn't get any better than this (we both have the same drive train and we both love it).
