Looking at my options to dechrome my 2015 bumpers, I'm going to autodip, vinyl, powder coat or straight up switch out to the oem painted ones. I know someone had a list of parts needed to do the oem switch, post it up please :) Can you get them prepainted?

I want to do the same to mine. I don't want to use plasti crap..lol the vinyl option sounds good but I would be afraid it would look fake idk. Did you do any new research or end up changing out bumpers?

I'm kind of leaning towards powder coat depending on price...otherwise might try autodip. My other option is oem complete switch to plastic covered ones, I know some on here have done it so seeing if I can get the complete list of parts needed. I can price out the change them.

I bought color matched fronts off @Roman to got along with the pro grill. Still debating on what to do with the rear bumper though. Switching to color matched rears is a little more involved. And at the price I might spend a little more to upgrade to a fabfour bumper.

I painted mine about 6 months ago. Bought a cheap paint gun from Harborfrieght and worked perfectly. Color matched bumpers, door handles and rear bumpers. I have plasti dip for about 6-7 months before but it doesnt last long and very hard to clean.

What kind of paint did you use? Did you paint over chrome or the SR plastic bumpers?

Powdercoat (professionally done) = mucho $$$$, BUT worth it, IMHO

I'll be ordering color matched parts from Roman. First, I need to let the fire in my wallet go down a little

A little of this and a little of that.
@stefan702 had his powder coated but that was here in Vegas and he knew a guy. Wasn't really that expensive. I think about 100 clams. Hit him up for questions, he's pretty cool.

Lots of options for this. IMO powder coat would be the best. I sanded and sprayed my chrome ends, only lasted about 6 months. I found some black OEM plastic ends on Ebay and picked 'em up for $75 ea. free delivery. They're not color matched but they match the center section of the bumper. I don't think I could've gotten the powder coat done less expensively. The plastic ends will tide me over 'til I find a front bumper that I like enough to drop some coin.
