Ihackers harness came in today. So did the 2019 pro headlights.
Got on it after work seriously doubting my abilities
I choose the 1794 harness for my st5 since I did not feel comfortable doing the wire under the dash. @iHacker included for free the harness for bright led all the time mod.

Well here it is. Prettt bad ass looking and a great harness and everything works.
Thanks to @ColoradoTJ for taking a quick call from me lol
Thanks to @Roman for the lights but there is one issue I will
    Contact you about @Roman

A dumbass wouldn’t have used a resource at their fingertips and ruined a wiring harness.

We have some great resources on here... @Rex Kramer @landphil and many others when it comes to mechanical/electrical knowledge.

I did an install on my buddies truck on Friday night. Had one issue I could not figure out. My platinum was easier than his limited but Ihacker was quick to respond and solve the problem, which was user error, aka I screwed up lol. I can't recommend these harnesses enough.

Got the dimming harness and set up just like OG post but now I have ran into an issue of my turning signals/hazards not working at all. LED DRL and headlights are working properly dimming and everything only thing is turn signal lights aren’t working at all. I checked all issue related fuses and none seem to be broken. Everything is wired as it should be. Can anyone give me any thoughts what my issue can be?

    Question-

I got my harness from headlight revolution and it’s the Morimoto conversion harness for my 2017 Platnium but my headlight adjusters and fogs stopped working when I plugged them in. Any ideas ? The drl work and headlights but I can adjust anything... simply frustrated.

    Hello buddy,

Are you sure you plugged in all the connectors in it’s designated place?

Seems like you probably forgot the leveling system plugs, any chance?

Definitely the harness don’t affect anything in the leveling system is a totally different circuit and nothing changed from the old style design. For this option they still use the same connectors and motors, is totally plug n play with the new headlights.

    IHacker,

Yeah I plugged everything in and nothing. I double checked it all. I plugged in everything and made sure the headlight adjust motor was plugged in. I just can’t figure out what is wrong

Make sure the connector is seated all the way in and must click, also unplug the connector if you have a chance and inspect all the terminals and make sure no bended terminals, inspect all the fuses

    Good Day fella!

I’m a first time Tundra owner and found this forum recently, it’s an Utopia of great people and knowledge!

I have a ‘16 Tundra 1794. I’m looking at the newer ‘18 LED headlights and was reading that iHacker sells a wiring harness that would otherwise make it a plug n play if I’m understanding correctly? I’m also looking at picking up a NVS lightbar skmetime in the future, crossing my fingers for a sale! Does iHacker make anything for this?

I recently found this site that is selling the LED headlights, anyone have any luck with them and is the price good? What are the main differences in using IHackers harness compared to the ones they’re selling on the site?

    https://www.theretrofitsource.com/14-18-toyota-tundra-oem-led-headlight-upgrade-kit.html?utm_source=google_shopping&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI1tDwiI3O3gIVxluGCh3Z3AE1EAQYASABEgLe8_D_BwE&preselect=54308,54572,51882

These guys are having a 20% Black Friday sale, but not sure if prices will be going to MSRP beforehand lol

    https://headlightrevolution.com/2014-2018-toyota-tundra-oem-bi-led-headlight-housing-pair/

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Buy the headlights wherever you can get them cheapest, I suggest @Roman from cool springs toyota, but maybe you can score a better deal.
Whatever you do, do not skimp on the harness, you will regret going with anything other than an @iHacker harness. Many have tried something else, then come here for help and left with a happy ending from ihacker.....um that didn't quite come out right but you get the idea

Put my 2018 LEDs and iHacker harness in over the weekend. I used a red posi-tap on the gray wire to keep orange DRL. With ignition on, only orange running light on. With parking light switch on dim LED and orange DRL. With headlights on, dim LED drl orange running light and LED headlight on. Is LED DRL supposed to be on in running mode without parking or headlight on? Can I only get bright LED DRL by bypassing (cutting) gray wire?

Sounds like you connected something in a different place specifically the inline fused wire (blue positap)

What is the Harness for bright LED all the time? Is there a difference between the regular harness not putting out the brighest LED ring and you have to run extra harness? I would probably get the SR5 harness but would that give me the brighest LED or would i need another harness? Sorry for the dumb questions.

    IHacker,

So I found out my taillights 15amp fuse was blown and keeps blowing when I try to switch my new headlights in. Any ideas to keep that from happening? I did add the back up reverse lights from headlight revolution but that shouldn’t be causing this... just can’t figure out why it keeps blowing.

    Thanks!
