I have a new to me 2016 CrewMax 5.7 Tundra with 17k miles on it. All stock, lights, suspension and 18in tires. I LOVE this thing!!!!! Just a couple of questions. I have looked and read these forums for a little while, but can anyone just point blank answer a couple questions. I am not really a do it your selfer and just flat out dont trust myself to work on my truck myself. Thanks

Right now lifting the truck is not in the budget, but leveling the front end is. Should I just go with a 2inch spacer and be done? I will have the money to lift it in a little while and will do it the correct way, just not now.

I am going to have the front end leveled. I have 18in wheels and would like to go with 295/70/18 but dont want to have to do any shimming, should I go with a little smaller tire to be sure? Trimming is fine. Or should I go with 20's?

I would like to get some Spyder type style headlights. Do I get the plug and play or should I go for a whole upgrade? I dont know what kind of bulbs I have now, but am sure they are not LED.

Been back and forth with this same question. I’m 95% on the road. What I’m leaning towards is going with the Bilstein 6112 in front. They are hundreds of dollars more than a spacer, but if you are going to have somebody tear apart your front end and put something in, it might as well improve the ride. The beauty of the 6112 is the multiple levels (4) of height adjustment. They need to be removed to relevel them but you will have all you need as far as tire growth.

I just got 275/70r18 and if I buy these would go with the second setting - the 1.3” rise. The upgrade is supposed to work exceptionally well at this lower level for both on and off-road. It would get the front end up a tad, but still have a touch of rake. If I go with a bigger tire in the future I will still have the right suspension because I can bump them up the level higher.

Still shopping around for prices and trying to find a way to explain this to my wife, but here’s a good price for the 6112 fronts with the 5160 backs.

Anyway, it’s a great question and I’m open to more suggestions!

If I go with a 3/1 lift do I need to add diff spacers?

Could I also just get bilstein 5100's for front and rear and just go with that? Would I need to buy anything else?

Rought Country sells a 3/1 lift kit with front struts for $350ish. I could get the 5100's front and rear for roughly the same price. What should I go with?

Bilstien 5100 if your on a budget and 6112 if you can fork out a little more.

    Improved ride over stock .

But there are a million different options.

How much better are the TRD offroad bilstiens vs stock shocks?

Stock for now, but have TRD Rear Sway bar for it.
I have a Readylift front leveling spacer kit that I bought and didn't use. 2.4" lift. Sell cheap. $160.00 shipped.
