Center console has couple deep gouges and scratches. Should I use very fine sandpaper then touch up paint if any ?
Not trying to make it disappear but at least clean it up a bit.

yep bank account is running low from it..
You can use like a plastic filler (like bondo) to fill in the gouges. If the plastic has texter to it you will lose that. Use like 1000 grit and then 3000 grit sandpaper for smooth it out and then paint.

it's not that bad but was just wondering if I could fix it up myself. Maybe heat it up a bit to push back the gouged plastic ?

First off, quit screwing girls in your truck and having those 6" stilettos gouge your plastic. Need to find the root cause before you fix anything.

Yes you can paint the interior. Very easy to do and have done it on several dash swap outs in Dodges (since the factory plastic is crap)
