I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra Limited 4wd with factory tires and flares. I would like the factory rims and tires to line up with the flares like my current 22s do or maybe even out just a little bit more. Current factory tires are 275/ 55/20. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

PS. Prefer not to mod unless absolutely neccessary.

I run LT285/70R18 Nitto Exo Grapplers on stock 18x8" (+60 mm offset) alloy wheels. The wheel wells are big enough to accommodate 34-35" tires but with stock wheels the widest you could go is about 285 mm wide. Mine get pretty close to the upper control arm but have never made contact during all of my off-road trips. I think that the OE 20" wheels are 9" wide and have a different offset though.

285 is the widest I've read you can go without mods. I have a 2016 Limited and went with Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLTs in 275/65/20. Have no flares and didn't want wider that what I had or pay more $$ for 1/4 inch. Had a little rub on right front mud guard.....on front tiny piece. They also ground skid plate on left side. Each truck is different no matter what you hear. I tried to level front with Bilstein 5100s all the way around using middle setting. Wound up 2.5 inches high in front. Ultimately lowered to bottom setting with a 1 inch spacer in the back. Wound up with essentially a 2 inch lift, but love both the ride and tires.

    Not many yet, mostly stock.
285 65 R20 tires should be ok to line up sidewall to out side of flare,

I had BFGs 2KOs on a after market wheel with stock wheel specs, 8.5 inch wheels.
Some plastic parts will rub at articulations of front suspension.
    Easy fixes.
