In the short beds, can you load two dirt bikes and close the gate? Pics welcome if you have a way to it.

Don’t think it can be done with two bikes and have the gate all the way up, full sized adult dirt bikes I assume.....

I put my DR650 in diagonally. Front tire in the front left bed corner. Straps from handle bars - one to the RF bed corner, other strap goes LR bed corner, bike and straps make an X if that makes sense. Super solid, been running this way since 2010.

2 Bikes prolly needs a bed extender.......

When I ride solo I would do the same, thanks for the tip. I was hoping that since the bed on the Tundra is wider than on my previous truck (Tacoma), that maybe two bike would fit with the gate closed if both bikes had the handle bars full tilt toward the center of the bed (front tires touching at the center of the bed) and the rear tires as close to the sides of the bed as possible. Maybe someone has done this? I was looking into bed extenders but I may just go with a moto net (I think that's the name) if the gate won't close when loading a couple of bikes.
