Couldn't agree more...I've had three of my cars done here. Great work, reasonable price, won't go anywhere else.

Got this in the mail today. Got it on ebay, used, plus coupon. Was $120 so not too bad and it looks like the guy threw in the hardware I need for it. Sounds like this guy for it for his tundra and never installed it.

I was rear ended a few days ago. No damage - the Crown Victoria Taxi had a big booboo where the grill hit my tow bar. Anyway, to add a little more buffer between me and the next guy who wants to kiss my ass I have ordered a Hitch Hammer XL.
I don't like keeping my reese and ball in the tow bar because I will be the first one to hit my shin on it. The Hitch Hammer is rubber.

Here's what I finally decided to get when I saw a 10% eBay coupon last week. I want the insert for my color match surround, if I cant make it work I will resell local. Reposted from the eBay thread.

Not necessarily a purchase. It was free. This belonged to a buddy of mine who passed away 7 years ago in a car accident.
It's a tracvac. Basically a lead vacuum. It can connect to the output chute of a mower or you can just hold the suction hose and suck up piles of leaves out of gardens or wherever.. It has a pretty large capacity in the covered trailer. Its got great suction, isn't too heavy to move around. It shreds the leaves up into a fine pulp which maximizes how much it'll fit in the trailer and minimizes how often you have to empty it.
It was given to my buddy by his dad, who got it from his dad. I don't know exactly how old it is. But my guess is 25 years old. Its in mint condition. I have never known a family that takes better care if their things. It has a 5ph Briggs on it. Has been in his grandmas shed and not run for probably 12 years. I went and picked it to today, got it home, added some gas and it started on the 5th pull and ran perfectly. Only ran it for a minute because I wanna change the oil. Used, these go for $600-900 around her and are always beat to shit and are $2500 new. This sucker (pun intended) is really nice and a huge time AMD energy saver this time of year here in CT.

My next trip to the shed, I will be taking home a mint condition 1990 Bolen's hydro lawn tractor. This bad boy is all steel and cast iron. Has a 36" snowblower and 42" mower deck. The blower mounts to the front and is shaft driven which is way better than belt drive. I just need to pump up the tires, jump the battery and get a replacement key cuz that has not been found. It won't be used to mow other than leaf season. Itll be used for the tracvac, snow blower, towing my wood splitter, and a trailer around the yard. I'm so grateful to get this from my buddies family and they were happy to see it go to a good home.

I call it the anxiety truck because I never know if my delivery is going to show up like it's been thrown from it without them bothering to so much as slow down when they drive by.

How does the back-up camera deal with that much light? Does it blow out the image or is it more like it just being daylight?

It just seems to make everything brighter. I just installed it this morning and played around with it in my garage with no lights on.

With mine it depends on the background. I had the previous version, good lighting but it sucked, stopped working six months after the guarentee expired. But with my BDs they're fine, but when I back in my driveway and get close to the white house and fence, it starts to wash out. Not bad enough to destroy the image, just not as good as with a darker background.

    2018 Tundra CM
    Undercover Elite LX, Xact Contour
Purchased and installed new timing chains, tensioners and guides for the ole f150. Chain guide disintegrated. Hope I never have to deal with anything like this on the Tundra.20181109_133021.jpg 20181109_124557.jpg

Toyota had timing guide issues back in the early 80s with the 22 RE motors so I think after that every chain driven motor they produced has been built with steel backed chain guides
